I signed up but I cannot sign in
An account has to be verified before it can sign in, so the link in the verification email is the missing step. It is single use and it expires. If it is not in your inbox, look in junk, then try signing up again with the same address to get a fresh one.
Ask for a feature, or tell us it broke.
